**The Role**
This is a rare opportunity for a motivated commercial finance professional to consolidate their skills in a highly visible role in the commercial team of this fantastic business.

As Senior Finance Analyst - Reporting & Analytics, you will support and partner to the Commercial division across all financial planning and analysis activities, including the provision of timely and insightful information and analysis to support decision making and strategic priorities.

You will play a key role to provide key insights and analysis to support decision making, and create value for the Commercial division and the broader

organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Driving the annual planning process with commercial deliverables, timelines and clear story telling to the commercial leadership team
- Steer Continuous improvement, development and transformation of Commercial reporting
- Track and measure overall Commercial initiatives deployed to

deliver strategic objectives.
- Proactively lead the Commercial IBP Finance inputs and

process to ensure clear, consistent and insightful Demand

Review content.
- Collaborate with and influence peers and Commercial leaders

to drive continuous improvement of the various IBP cycle

meetings.
- Provide Commercial finance inputs into all IBP forums that are consistent and

insightful and efficient.
- Own Commercial Overheads forecast and budget, working

closely with the Commercial leadership team and key cost

owners.
- Partner with Demand Planning and channel Finance teams to

oversee stock obsolescence provision and process.

**Experience desired**
Commercial FMCG, retail or manufacturing experience

Knowledge of ERP financial systems, proficiency in BI tools particularly relevant (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy)

Demonstrated experience in the use / creation of dashboards

Demonstrated experience in automation / streamlining & improvement of reporting systems

MS Excel - advanced

MS PowerPoint - advanced
