**Rate**: $26.70 per hour + Superannuation + Award Rates on Weekends + Company Benefits

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the property, guest rooms, public and common areas.
- Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with housekeeping staff, clients, and contractors.
- Support and supervise the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding cleaning services.
- Oversee daily on-the-job training for housekeeping employees.
- Keep accurate financial, maintenance, and inventory records.

**Qualifications** To be successful you will have**:

- Experience in the management of a housekeeping team;
- Experience controlling and maintaining budgets, all operating supplies, replacements and consumables;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Strong eye for detail, and ability to follow procedures and set the standard for cleanliness.
