The DC Team Member is responsible for daily warehouse operations including receiving returns, processing, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and counting inventory with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost and Team.
- Ensure timely reporting of all incidents/injuries, near misses, and hazards to the DC Manager.
- Safely handle products in accordance with provided safety and handling induction/training.
- Adhere to all WH&S policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Safe Working Practices (SWPs) as outlined in the National Safety Plan for all individuals on-site.
- Receive and process incoming stock following company procedures.
- Transfer stock to designated storage areas as per company guidelines.
- Pick stock and organise it in the assigned picking lanes according to company procedures.
- Conduct cycle counts as required.
- Assist in other areas of the business as directed by Supervisors or Managers, such as cleaning, receiving, returns, dispatch, and administration.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement improved and safer procedures.
- Foster positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Embrace teamwork to achieve common goals.
- Continuously strive to improve processes to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the DC facility.

**Qualifications**
- ** LO license is a must, LF license preferred.**:

- ** Prior warehouse experience is mandatory.**:

- Experience handling appliances, furniture, or large bulky items is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and proficient in safe manual handling practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively.

- Strong communication abilities.
- Possesses a proactive and positive attitude.
