**_ The Opportunity_**

As a **Casual Educator** for** Anglicare Early Years**at our **Calwell Early Childhood Centre**, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and delivery of high-quality educational play-based programs for children aged between birth and 5 years, and school aged children through our Out of School Hours programs.

You will establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to children's learning and well-being throughout the day.

As an Educator, you will support and assist in developing innovative and responsive educational program informed by the principles, practices, and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework, and the National Quality Standards.

**_ What's needed to succeed?_**
- An ACECQA approved Diploma or Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or enrolled and working towards an approved qualification.
- Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card (WWVP)
- Experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting, with a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant legislation and regulations is preferable.
- A commitment to being reliable, trustworthy and honest, acting with professionalism at all times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Commitment to Anglicare's mission and values of compassion, respect, justice, and excellence.
