**About the role**

At Beleura Private Hospital, we take pride in providing a diverse array of nutritious meals to our patients. As a member of our Catering team, you will join a dynamic group dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service that aligns with our Ramsay Core Values.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Serving patient meals on our tray line and attending to patients throughout the Hospital.
- Upholding food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Assisting to fellow team members as needed.
- Managing stock inventory effectively

**_Flexibility to work across a 7-a day roster, encompassing morning and afternoon shifts._**

**Your Skills and Experiences**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospital environment desired.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
- Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace, Health and Safety
- Food hygiene certificate desired
- Willingness to accept and promote Ramsay’s core values.

**Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $23.97 **+ casual loading + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances**

With the opening of the rehabilitation unit in 2015, Beleura Private Hospital has grown to a 205-bed facility, equipped with 4 operating theatres, high dependency unit and short stay unit.
