Richmond, Australia Peer Me Up Full time

Peer Me Up is an NDIS community inclusion service that connects Peer mentors and young people of a similar age looking to build their skills, increase their independence, access their community, and build their capacity. We are looking for kind and friendly Peers to connect with our clients and help them to achieve these goals.

We support young people both in-the-home and out-of-home. Pairing young people means that clients can relate better to their Peer and have more fun in a friendly dynamic rather than a typical disability support dynamic.

We take clients horse riding, swimming, go-karting, out to coffee, to appointments, to the movies, to social groups, help them learn to cook, help them clean, and much more

We support a diverse group of people with a range of disabilities in the Hawkesbury-Nepean area and our office is located in Freemans Reach.

If you are friendly, patient and have the capacity to accept shifts on short notice we would especially love to hear from you
