We provide food services, central production kitchen, patient support, porters, cleaning, linen, pest control, waste management, car parking, hygiene services and some retail services. **A Day in the Life**:

- The main focus for a Food Services Assistant is on delivering an exceptional patient meal experience and willing to work within the values of Monash Health.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Cleaning within a food services environment to meet Food Safety Compliance
- Kitchen hand duties (Scullery)
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment

**About You**:

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a personable approach to our patients and visitors at Monash Health.
- A proactive approach and team player
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete while working alone or as part of a cohesive team.
- A high standard of demonstrated experience in customer service from a health care or hospitality environment
