Middle Park, Australia The Co-Group Limited Full time

As **Support Worker **you will be required to care for an NDIS participant with a need in helping with daily activities such as showering, light household cleaning, companionship, meal preparation, shopping, social events and transport to appointments. This includes visiting clients on a regular basis in their own home to provide care.

**Must be available mornings 8am-10am, Monday - Friday.**

**About You**:

- Excellent English communication skills
- Must be available for casual full time hours
- Must be able to travel to and around Middle Park area
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- First Aid Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s License (P1 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle

**What We Offer**:
