We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. Whether you have experience or are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you
- ** Patient Care**: Provide exceptional service to our patients, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for
- ** Appointment Scheduling**: Effectively manage patient appointments and ensure smooth flow throughout the day
- ** Patient Support**: Address patient needs, including appointment queries, medical letters, finances, and reporting
- ** Admin Tasks**: Complete administrative tasks in a timely and organised manner
- ** Team Collaboration**: Assist with admin requirements as delegated by clinicians and senior team members
