**Position Overview**:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small, dedicated team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Manuka store. Your role will involve managing inventory, optimizing visual merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while upholding our commitment to sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to showcase our products and create an inviting shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our loyal customer base through personalized service and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or homewares industry.
