**Position Overview**:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small, dedicated team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Manuka store. Your role will involve managing inventory, optimizing visual merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while upholding our commitment to sustainability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
