**Qualifications**:
You Will
- Work as a SME in the SMB merchant risk team performing credit and fraud checks for merchants at the stage of Onboarding and Monitoring
- Guide and mentor analysts on the team
- Work on Merchant Risk Policy and Standard Operating Procedures
- Work closely with Operation team managing processes as well as case level escalations and priorities
- Manage relationships with Sales, Operations and Legal teams
- Manage relationships with risk teams based out of other markets to align on best practices and corresponding processes
- Report directly to the Head of APAC for Merchant Risk team

You Have
- 3+ years of experience in Credit and Fraud merchant risk management
- Ability to function in multiple queues covering a variety of tasks with a sense of urgency and follow-through
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills, combined with effective judgment and communication skills
- Ability to learn and make discretionary decisions based on research and judgment
- Desire to work as part of global team and managing strong relationships within and outside Risk organization
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus
