Elysia Wellness Retreat are looking for a Spa Receptionist who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join the team on a part time basis.

You have the important job of guiding guests through their visit, from smooth check-ins, to ensuring their comfort throughout their visit, you will be remembered for your superb customer service and positive energy.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Welcome and check in spa guests
- Communicate professionally
- Make bookings
- Assist guests during their visit

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a spa or resort highly regarded
- Customer service experience essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
- The ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Professional presentation essential
- Availability to work a variety of shifts Monday-Sunday, 7am-7pm, including weekends and public holidays
