**What You'll Do**:
Opening at Chatswood Chase in October, we're on the hunt for passionate and fast paced Sales Associates to support our team and create an exceptional retail experience. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and has a positive experience by:

- Using your exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to help customers find the perfect products and drive sales.
- Quickly and positively find solutions for customers, ensuring a responsive and engaging interaction, with diligent follow-up.
- Address complaints and objections swiftly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention practices.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, well-organised, and inviting for customers.
- Confidently handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to maintaining high brand visual standards, always ensuring excellence in product presentation.
- Support with replenishment and pricing duties, including preparation for sales and promotions as needed

- You have a knack for motivating and uplifting those around you, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic environment for both customers and team members.
