**We’re Hiring: Casual Female Disability Support Workers - Surry Hills, VIC 3127**
**Pay Rate**: $35-$38 per hour (casual) | **Start Date**: ASAP

We’re currently seeking **two experienced and reliable female disability support workers** to join our team in **Surry Hills, VIC**. If you're passionate about providing person-centered care and thrive in a role that values independence, initiative, and empathy, this could be the perfect fit for you.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in disability or mental health support
- **Female** support worker (requirement based on client preference)
- **Only Australian citizen or permanent resident can apply**:

- **Fluent English speaker** with a clear and easy-to-understand accent
- **Valid driver’s license** and own reliable vehicle
- Comfortable working around pets and children
- Proactive, patient, and respectful with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

**Required Certificates**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- **Working with Children Check (WWCC)** - Victoria
- **First Aid Certificate** (HLTAID011 or equivalent)
- **CPR Certificate** (HLTAID009)
- **Manual Handling Training** (desirable)
- **Infection Control Training (COVID-19)**:

- **NDIS Worker Orientation Module**

This is a **casual position** with flexibility and competitive hourly pay between **$35-$38**, depending on experience and qualifications.
