Your Impact

Working as a part of a fun, energetic and dynamic sales team, you will:
- Promote and sell nib’s Private Health Insurance products and services, by partnering with members to ensure we understand their needs and provide suitable solutions- Ensure nib members are fully informed with accurate information about their product and entitlements- Nurture outbound leads- Identify cross-sell opportunities for nib’s other products and services e.g. critical illness and life insurance products- Be open to growth and learning, and be part of a team culture that supports one another and celebrates our success

Due to our business requirements, this role will see you work on a rotating roster, with shift times starting between 8:00am - 9:30am and finishing 4:00pm - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

We are looking for people who:
- Demonstrate passion, hustle, and a true drive to succeed - we don't necessarily need previous sales experience- Possess a winning and positive attitude and so will fit right in with our awesome culture and team- Work well in a team and see the big picture for company cohesion and growth.- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships over the phone and in zoom meetings- Are well organised and will take ownership of the role- Is excited by high call volumes and over achieving on KPI's and targets- Have meticulous follow up and follow-through- Have the ability to be curious and ask questions to match needs to a solution.
