**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Fabricator to join our industry leading Trend Ormeau facility. You will be a part of a skilled production workforce, focus will be on continual development and improvement of our safety culture; we live and breathe safety Driving quality improvements ensuring customer satisfaction will also be one of your top priorities along with driving the LEAN and continuous improvement methodology, and implementation of strategies to improve production performances.

In addition, you’ll:

- Be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality
- Meet delivery schedules in line with requirements
- Maintaining a high level of safety
- Maintain a strong customer focus

**About You**

We’re looking to leverage your skills and experience in window manufacturing. You need to have open and transparent communication style, including the ability to gain trust, you need to have the ability to connect with a range of people at different levels and the capacity to work well across all stakeholder groups to provide operational advice.

In addition, you must have:

- Understanding of fabrication reports
- previous experience within a windows manufacturing environment
- experience in or exposure to, Lean Manufacturing principles
- Strong eye for detail to assist with quality control
- WHS exposure with a focus on Zero Harm at all times and at all costs
