Award winning and Central CBD Properties, Miller Apartments & Franklin Apartments are seeking an enthusiastic Housekeeping supervisor/Room Attendant to join our dynamic team. Applicants will need to possess the following to be successful: - Must have current drivers license - Must be available over a 7 day roster. - Availability to work during the day, weekends and public holidays. - Reliable and honest with the ability to work alone and within a team. - Exceptional customer service skills and command of the English language. - Excellent standard of grooming & personal presentation. - A "can do" attitude and high level of ownership of issues. - Previous housekeeping supervisor experience or similar is preferred. This position works on a 7 day rotational roster & will include most weekends. Only short listed applicants will be contacted. Please Attention your resume to Sarah Smith - Executive Housekeeping Manager **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent **Salary**: $22.77 - $49.00 per hour **Responsibilities include**: - Prepare daily room attendants boards and conduct staff morning briefings. - Maintaining a level of servicing in guest apartments and rooms. - Checking quality of housekeeping service and attention to detail. - Monitor and maintain cleanliness of public areas. - Oversee the effective and efficient operation of the hotel in-house laundry. - Preparation of accommodations for guest arrivals & Liaising with guest reception. - Auditing of par stock levels within the property and complete stock take. - Management of Keys. **Job Type**: Part-time Part-time hours: 8-25 per week **Salary**: $22.00 - $49.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Employee discount Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Public holidays - Rotating roster - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Penalty rates COVID-19 considerations: Must be Vaccinated **Experience**: - Room Attendant: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - National Police Certificate (preferred)
