Our client is currently seeking an experienced Gym Instructor to join their tight knit team in Palm Beach, Gold Coast QLD.

Do you have a passion for fitness? Are you highly motivated and committed to delivering quality customer service? Programmed are currently looking for **Gym Instructors** to join the team and work with a large recreational client, that hosts various activities for schools and groups.

If you enjoy a fast paced work environment, facilitating fitness programs with different groups of people and offering a high level of customer experience whilst ensuring safety is a priority - these roles are for you We offer development, work life balance and the opportunity to make a difference in the community.

**To achieve the outcomes required by these roles, you must have experience in, or show willingness to develop the below skills;**
- Supervising gym clients
- Inductions for new client's
- Leading group fitness classes
- Health/Fitness assessments
- Personal Training
- Client services duties
- Additional tasks as identified by supervising officers to meet the needs of the Venue.
- Requires flexible availability from Monday - Saturday, AM and PM shifts

**What we are looking for**:

- **Positive Paid Blue Card (not volunteer) **_or_** willingness to obtain prior to starting**:

- **Current First Aid and CPR Certificate**:

- **Certificate IV in Fitness **_or_** Exercise Science Degree**:

- **Current Fitness Australia registration (AUSRec) **_or _**willingness to renew if expired**:

- Basic level of computer knowledge and skills
- Current divers license (highly desirable)
- Proven experience in similar roles
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer service-related delivery outcomes
- Availability for all operational hours
- Safety conscious attitude
- Ability to work individually and in a team
