**About the Role**:
As a Head of Department - Curriculum you will focus on data, differentiation and digital practice on our Primary Campus. You will be an integral part of our teaching team, leading the delivery of a vibrant curriculum to our students through a strong knowledge of content and pedagogy in this area. You will specialise systematic curriculum delivery to differentiate the curriculum to the diverse learning needs of our student cohort.You will possess a passion for promoting and embedding an inclusive culture and practices within the school community, ensuring equity and excellence, with a strong desire to engage, connect and enhance learning outcomes for all students.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Work with, and build teachers' capability in using data to provide effective differentiated instruction to a diverse student cohort.
- Implement research based pedagogical practices to increase student engagement.
- Lead the development and implementation of high-quality curriculum and pedagogical practices.
- Provide high quality advice to the school leadership team, classroom teachers and other school staff to develop, plan and implement effective curriculum and pedagogical practices.

In conjunction with the Deputy Principals develop, coordinate and implement targeted teaching intervention in the areas of Literacy and Numeracy in response to student data to support every student succeeding
