**As an eCommerce NAE**
You will assist the eCommerce Team Lead in driving the growth and optimisation of the eCommerce sales channels, with a focus on developing and executing effective performance marketing strategies across our brands to drive online customer engagement, conversion, and sales.
**On the day to day you will...**
- Plan, implement, analyse, and optimise all online performance marketing activities for eGrocery and Amazon, using Citrus and online retailer media assets
- Maintain and manage performance marketing budget by customer/brand; ensuring budget drives optimal ROAS (Return on ad spend)
- Conduct key word research to identify high performing key words, working closely with content lead to optimise product descriptions accordingly
- Produce and deploy search scorecards/trackers (weekly/monthly) to monitor and drive visibility of performance against KPI’s
- Support our Account Managers in analysing the effectiveness of online assets including return on investment, validating current strategy or recommending ways to improve efficiency
- Track competitors’ paid visibility and adjust strategy accordingly
- Participate in relevant customer meetings and provide key insights relating to search & online assets
**You'll succeed if you have...**
- Marketing / Commerce degree or equivalent
- eCommerce experience, even just a little
- Online sales, Amazon, or FMCG experience would be desirable
- A curiosity and passion about e-Commerce and Digital
- Good analytical skills with intermediate to advanced excel skills
