About the role:

- Lead a high performing team in the delivery of landscaping and outdoor projects. To meet our client's current and future work commitments, we require a qualified and experienced Landscape Supervisor, to work on several new and existing projects across Ballarat and Surrounds
- You will ideally have experience in training, coaching and supervising apprentices to contribute to their project portfolio of diverse landscapes.

**About the role**:

- Lead a high performing team in the delivery of landscaping and outdoor projects. To meet our client's current and future work commitments, we require a qualified and experienced Landscape Supervisor, to work on several new and existing projects across Ballarat and Surrounds
- You will ideally have experience in training, coaching and supervising apprentices to contribute to their project portfolio of diverse landscapes.

**The following qualities and experience are essential**:

- Understanding of OHS and environmental requirements.
- Proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on delivery of client objectives.
- People and performance management skills of labour, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive high performing teams.
- Demonstrated industry experience in landscaping.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous relevant experience working on hardscape / softscape projects
- The role requires strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with managers, team members, clients, and the public.
- White Card
- Police Check
- WWC Certificate
- Vehicle licences (trucks and Plant advantageous)
