**Our Family**:

- Our lovely little family of four consists of mum, dad, our fun 3-year-old and cute 7-month-old.

**Your Duties**:

- Mainly caring for our three-year-old while mum cares for baby. This can be in the home (with mum and baby) or at local parks or outings. However, if our three-year-old needs some one-on-one time with mum for a bit, swapping to care briefly for the baby would be helpful to allow for this. Some light housework is also helpful e.g. unstacking dishwasher or hanging clothes out with three-year-old.

- Someone with a gentle, relationship-centric style who emphasises empathy, connection, respectful boundaries and emotional regulation. We'd love whoever joins our little family to build a special relationship with our kids, take the time to see them for who they are and create moments for creativity and adventures to delight in together.
