Virtual Sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Make initial contact with specified customers and introduce Balluff Products and services by outbound call.
- Familiar with the telephone communication skills, know the customer’s needs. Maintain the target customers, finish the indicators in time.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, tradeshows and training initiative etc.
- Put the customer’s correct information and report into systems.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge by attending product training sessions with Tech and Application support.
- Review generated CRM, and SAP reports daily for potential or lost opportunities and communicate with sales team.?
- Finish the assigned tasks and report to supervisor, as well as keep good relationship with other colleagues.

**Competencies & General Skills**:

- Has strong knowledge on SAP B1,
- Has a strong knowledge on SAP R3,
- Experience in customer portal, order retrieval and fulfilment.
- A basic knowledge on sensors technology.
- An understanding of product data sheets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $66,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
