**The Role**

We’re seeking motivated **Specialist Cleaners** to join our experienced team in Canning Vale. In this role, you’ll perform professional cleaning and remediation tasks to restore safe, healthy spaces affected by water, fire, or environmental contaminants.

**This is not ordinary cleaning work** — you’ll gain specialist restoration and remediation skills that are highly sought after across the industry. The techniques you’ll learn are transferable to a range of environmental and technical fields, helping you elevate your career well beyond general cleaning.

This role is ideal for experienced cleaners, restoration workers, or anyone with a strong work ethic looking to build a long-term career in the restoration and environmental services industry. Full training and all protective gear are provided.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct professional cleaning and remediation using specialist techniques and equipment.
- Follow strict safety and hygiene protocols to protect yourself and clients.
- Operate high-grade cleaning and restoration equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects to the highest standard.
- Represent **WA Flood and Fire** professionally on client sites.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to learn and follow precise processes.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Team-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
