**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct individual and group violin lessons for students, focusing on technique, music theory, and repertoire development.
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and progress.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that inspires students to reach their full potential.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Prepare students for performances, exams, and other musical events.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in teaching violin, with a strong understanding of music theory and violin techniques.
- Experience working with children and a passion for nurturing young musicians.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
- A degree or diploma in music, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.

**Working Hours**:

- Part-time, with flexible hours. The schedule will be discussed during the interview.
