Bar & Gaming Supervisor

Located at Ocean Shores NSW, just 30 minutes south of Tweed Heads and around the same north from Byron Bay, **Ocean Shores Country Club** is looking for a casual Bar & Gaming Supervisor to join our fantastic team.

**About you**:

- A hands-on position with proven experience in the hospitality industry
- Motivated to lead and work as part of a team
- Genuine interest in service and a passion for hospitality
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across 7 days and nights on a rotating roster

**Qualifications & experience**
- Excellent knowledge and practical skills relating to hotel or registered club operations including; cash handling and reconciliation, venue security, bar, coffee shop & gaming operations (including gaming machines, TAB and Keno)
- Excellent computer literacy
- Hold current NSW RSA & RCG and unrestricted driver’s license
- Tertiary qualifications in hospitality are desirable

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Supervising Club House activities and trading operations
- Motivating and leading staff
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders (e.g. golf, bowls, interest and groups)
- Staff training and induction in line with the Club’s policies
- Ensuring compliance with legislative responsibilities

Pay: $37.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
