Showroom Host

Toowoomba Toyota has an exciting opportunity for a Showroom Host to join our New Vehicle Sales team immediately.

**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities and requirements**:
Reporting to the New Vehicle Sales Manager, this role will see you:

- Meeting and greeting guests
- Providing first class guest experience
- Completing daily showroom tasks such as locking and unlocking vehicles, general merchandising and display yard set up
- Recording Guest details, buying requirements and purchase expectations
- Previewing vehicles virtually and in the showroom
- Scheduling appointments for Toyota guests with sales team members
- Completing trade-in valuations as required
- Providing administration support to the sales team

**Experience and skills required**:

- Previous retail experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Enthusiasm about our vehicles
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Current C Class Manual Queensland Licence.
