**About the company**
We have a fantastic opening to join a Global Leader within the Logistics Industry. Based in over 220 Countries our client prides themselves on delivering a high-end service. They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team in South Western Sydney.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be required to deliver end to end professional customer service to facilitate the effective service delivery of health and medical goods.
Your duties will include the following
- Providing excellent customer service, answering urgent calls
- Processing urgent orders using Oracle and Ms Office
- Maintaining data integrity, confidentiality and accuracy
- Focus on getting products out on the minute due to critical needs
- Liaising with customers and health care professionals in relation to their orders
- Order management from conception to delivery
**About you**
This role is a key resource and requires a great deal of attention to detail, dealing with lifesaving products. You will have a sense of urgency and have experience in a fast-paced environment.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you must have the following;
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Urgency and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Superior customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in Oracle, SAP or other ERP systems preferred
- Prior Transport/Logistics or Pharmaceutical/Medical Industry experience is desirable
