**About The Role**

We’re on the lookout for a part-time Sales Assistant to work with our Prize Home team. You will be responsible for providing customer service to our supporters, donors and members including inbound and outbound sales.

**Duties include**:

- Engaging supporters and delivering exceptional product/ service information with professionalism and courtesy.
- Providing prompt resolutions and recommendations to customer queries.
- Maintaining meticulous documentations of supporter interactions
- Driving sales by inspiring supports with personalised recommendations and passionately advocating our cause.

**About You**
- Exceptional customer service with experience in a sales environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clear and concise information.
