Marketplace Operations (MPO) plays a critical role in enabling the Consumer Direct Acceleration. Delivering on the consumer promise of a Member Led, digital-first, premium service experience all comes down to our ability to execute. Previously we were a support function offering visibility and services from our supply chain to our customers, but today we become the critical link between our consumer, supply chain and our business partners. Bringing the One Nike Marketplace from vision to reality.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a MPO Analyst - NDDC, you will report to the MPO Manager - NDDC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring premium consumer experiences - maximizing service and optimizing inventory and supply productivity through our orderbook.
With strong interpersonal skills, you will connect teams, processes and capabilities to enable our future growth, in service of shaping and optimising our orderbook demand for Nike and our consumer.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Manage and track the day-to-day Operations - overseeing Pre-In
- and Post season activities including our Consumer Promise covering EDD (Estimated Delivery Date), Delivery Lead Time, Consumer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Returns performance. Be an enabler for decision making and connecting Supply Chain with Business strategy.
Accountabilities include
- Monitoring, Tracking and executional oversight of digital day-to-day operations for the assigned NDDC channel
- Drive territory Digital operations excellence through the lens of Consumer Promise metrics and deliver continuous improvement across the deliver-to-promise service options.
- Responsible for EDD performance & management for NDDC channel
- Execution on day-to-day activities: Pre-In-Post season
- Become a key partner to optimize Supply Chain processes end-to-end by identifying possible opportunities and make them visible to the Account Operations team
- Ensure supply chain performance is constantly monitored via specific metrics against the agreed service level agreements and drive actions to improve accordingly.
- Problem solving: Be a key piece to drive solutions and adapt quickly to a highly dynamic environment
- Support O2O Capability integration & implementation NDDC: StS, ship from store, etc.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As an individual contributor you will report into the MPO Manager - NDDC. Additionally, to this you will develop and maintain close collaboration with key partners across the Nike matrix - NDDC+ Core Team, Marketplace Planners, MPU Leads, Inventory Operations, Finance, Logistics and Integrated Fulfillment Planning.
You will be part of the extended APLA GEO MPO omnichannel team and work with the team to continue to drive operational excellence and premium consumer experiences.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
.You will need the following skills to be successful in this role;
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Supply Chain / Operations Management or equivalent experience required
- A passion for people, self-motivated with the ability to inspire and create a performance culture
- Ability to build strong and trusted partnerships, navigate competing stakeholders, functional agendas and multiple priorities
- Analytical and problem solving mindset
- Experience in a highly cross-functional global business environment with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at various levels within a matrixed structure, including strong storytelling and negotiation skills
- Understanding of retail value chains, direct-to-consumer fulfillment and planning processes, inventory and supply prioritization, and supply chain operations
