**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience in Retail, Post Office, Bank, or Online business is an advantage, but not essential
- Experience driving a van is a bonus; you may need to collect mail from business clients (not mandatory)
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 16kg

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Performing customer sales and service transactions
- Accurately managing cash handling, including cash, cheques, and EFTPOS transactions
- Promoting products through up-selling, cross-selling, and merchandising
- Accepting mail lodgements and ensuring accurate charges are applied
- Building strong relationships with business customers by understanding their needs
- Assisting with stocktaking, record maintenance, and other administrative duties
- Conducting identity service transactions, including Australian Passport interviews
- Adhering to Australia Post’s Occupational Health and Safety standards

**Hours**
- Minimum 20 hours per week, between 6:30am - 5:30pm
- Junior rates apply

Pay: $33.06 - $33.31 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
