Wait Staff/barista

As a Barista/Wait Staff member, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring that every guest has a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Barista Duties**:

- Brewing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and teas.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
- Preparing and serving snacks, cakes, and other café items.
- **Wait Staff Duties**:

- Taking customer orders, both in-store and via takeaway.
- Serving food and beverages to customers quickly and accurately.
- Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Handling cash and card transactions.
- Ensuring the café is clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth operation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous barista and/or wait staff experience preferred, but not essential.
- A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Friendly, reliable, and energetic with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Must be available for weekends, peak hours and nights.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
