- Understand pigments and their properties
- Develop formulations around pigments
- Format formulations for production procedure
- Analyse and evaluate colour matches for accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with production team to ensure product quality and colour consistency
- Keep accurate records of colour match data and formula adjustments
- Continuously monitor and adjust colour formulation to meet customer specifications

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of pigments and their properties
- Previous experience in the plastics industry (desired)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with computer software for color formulation
