**About the team**

BaptistCare Gimbawali Place is conveniently located in the heart of Carlingford, close to public transport, shops, restaurants, and schools. The complex is made up of 162 one, two, and three-bedroom apartment for people over 55 and single-parent families who are still in the workforce.

**About the role**

It may be hearing the smile in your voice as you answer a phone call, your quick and reliable response to any reasonable request, or helping a visitor find their way. You are a team player and you are passionate about and understand the importance of delivering multiple administrative support activities within agreed timeframes, and in all that you do, you will add to the loving care that empowers our tenants to live well.

The successful applicant will have:

- Proven experience in Office Administration and outstanding organisational skills
- Be an excellent communicator with great standards of customer service
- Client focused and respectful with vulnerable people who are accessing our services
- Ability to hold firm personal and professional boundaries
- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
- Work with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
- Be competent with computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Have working numeracy skills with demonstrated ability to complete banking and reconciliations
- Strong Attention to detail
- The ability to exercise confidentiality and sensitivity within your work
- Certificate III - Social Work or Community Services
- NSW Driver’s Licence
