**About the Opportunity**

As the Customer Service Consultant you’ll be responsible for the sales and end to end coordination (from a beverage, gifting and delivery perspective) of weddings, conferences and other events; managing the expectations and requirements of our customers from the initial enquiry through to the conclusion of the event and follow up.

Every day in this role will bring new challenges and opportunities. You will be responsible for preparing accurate quotes and invoices, leveraging your expertise to provide expert guidance to customers regarding their beverage requirements. Your aim will be to elevate their day from ordinary to extraordinary. Furthermore, you will maintain effective communication with internal departments and external venues, ensuring seamless collaboration. Additionally, you will efficiently capitalise on potential leads, maximising every opportunity that comes your way.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Entry level IT skills
- Great communicator
- Ability to work isolated remaining focused on delivery of objectives
- Previous experience in hospitality/customer service/sales roles
- Ability to work from home (we provide the tools, you just need the space/internet)
