**About You**

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Technical Officer (TGO1/TGO2)** who thrives in a laboratory environment and is eager to contribute to high-quality outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will have:

- **Strong technical skills & experience** - Demonstrated laboratory experience, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and meeting client requirements.
- **Excellent organisational & communication abilities** - Proven ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, prepare reports, and communicate effectively within a team.
- **A proactive & customer-focused approach** - Ability to work under limited supervision, use initiative to solve problems, and provide outstanding customer service.
- **Sound knowledge & adherence to standards** - Understanding of diagnostic laboratory practices, quality principles, and Work Health & Safety procedures.
