**Trade Assistants with maintenance experience looking to take the next step are encouraged to apply.**

**Responsibilities**
- ** Safety, Quality & Compliance**: Ensure commitment to safety, quality, environmental standards, and maintain accurate documentation (SWMS, JHA/JSA, work permits, visitor logs).
- ** Mechanical Responsibilities**: Perform mechanical fitting, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and conduct mould maintenance/fabrication.
- ** Teamwork & Flexibility**: Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and provide coverage across different plant positions when needed.
- ** Process & Systems**: Support continuous improvement initiatives and utilise SAP for spare parts coordination and stocktakes.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Proven experience in a mechanical role or similar
- A confident, self-motivated, energetic individual
- A team player with a high degree of trade flexibility or experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
