We are seeking talented, experienced steel erectors/riggers to work in Cardup, Perth. Must have extensive commercial/residential structural steel erection experience.

Please note: You need to have proven site experience and be willing to work flexible hours and be physically fit, as pre-employment medicals will be done prior to the offer.

**Licenses and Certificates**:
Driver's Licence "C" Class

White Card

HRWL - Rigger Intermediate/Advanced (RI)

HRWL - EWP over 11m (WP)

Work safely at heights certificate (current - within last 2 years)

**Responsibilities and/or tasks**:
Reporting to the general manager, the key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to;
Reading and interpreting structural steel drawings / marking plans for site set out and installation of structural steel and concrete tilt panels

Assisting in the preparation of construction programs and methodologies

Organising, engaging with and motivating crews

Being part of the steel installation crew in a hand's-on role

Capable of following instructions

Attention to detail, compliant with job at hand/safety and environmental awareness

Ensure HSW practices are adhered.

Competent in using a variety of tools and equipment.

Ability to work under pressure.

Own PPE including hi-vis, steel capped boots, gloves and Hard Hat

A reliable car and ability to get to work each shift

A good work ethic and positive attitude

Good communication skills

Shortlisted applicants must be able to pass a Pre-employment and Fitness Assessment.
