What will you do?

This 12-month fixed term maternity leave contract will manage the recruitment for Aurecon’s Advisory business across Australia. Here are the key things you will do:

- Provide timely end to end recruitment services to our key stakeholders with a strong focus on strategic recruitment and talent pipelining
- Championing diversity across all recruitment initiatives
- Contributing to and delivering a variety of recruitment projects

What can you bring to the team?

You will share our genuine passion for re-imagining recruitment and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. We’d ideally like you to have experience in recruiting for an engineering design consultancy or a professional services firm. We are looking for an experienced practitioner who has:

- Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven
- Demonstrated ability in sourcing and proactively engaging passive talent through a formal talent sourcing approach utilising the most innovative sourcing tools to identify and attract the best talent
- The ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment coupled with strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to work effectively across geographical and cultural boundaries to create and promote a collaborative culture
- An interest in thinking outside the box and doing things unconventionally
