About Your Role
Thales Australia provides logistics services expertise to our customer, the Australian Defence Force. Thales will train and qualify you to work in each area of our logistics business. This will consist of ‘on the job’ training as well as courses through our in-house registered training organisation.

**Duties would include**:

- Unloading goods from delivery vehicles either manually or by Forklift
- Identification and where required, conduct receipt inspections of incoming supplies
- Accurate and timely data entry of all applicable delivery details into the Inventory Management Systems
- Locate and store ISS Inventory in appropriately designated storage areas with regard to hazardous and other statutory requirements.
- Loading transport vehicles with Intra / interstate and overseas despatches
- Assist with the physical counting of inventory at Monthly Stocktakes
- Unpack delivered items and check against accompanying paperwork to ensure accuracy of goods description, quantity and applicable Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) of certificates and conformances where applicable.
- Pick and package stores in accordance with approved Requisitions.

**How About You?**
- A full driver’s licence with a forklift (preferred)
- Experience using an ERP system or similar computer system
- Experience within a warehouse environment (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail with very good numeric, oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and relationship building abilities

**Good to Know**
Prior to offer you’ll complete a pre-employment police and medical.
