**Live-In Manager Couple - The Escarpment Retreat, Mt Tamborine**

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on live-in couple to manage the daily operations of our award-winning boutique retreat on beautiful Mt Tamborine. This is a rare opportunity to live and work in one of Queensland’s most stunning hinterland locations.

The Escarpment Retreat is a serene, luxury accommodation destination known for its lush gardens, tranquil rainforest setting, and exceptional guest experience.

**About the Role**

As our Manager Couple, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the retreat
- Coordinating guest check-in/check-out and ensuring a warm, professional welcome
- Supervising housekeeping and maintenance to maintain 5-star standards
- Performing light gardening and upkeep of the property
- Managing suppliers, stock, and ordering as needed
- Resolving guest issues promptly and professionally
- Ensuring compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in hospitality management, property management, or similar role (couples with complementary skills encouraged to apply)
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Practical hands-on abilities (gardening, basic repairs, maintenance)
- Good computer skills and knowledge of booking systems
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile for guests
