What is the role?
As the Arcade Manager for our Kingpin Canberra venue, you will lead our Arcade team and Guest Service Attendants with a passionate & nurturing style. You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
Who are you?
- A hands on & effective leader with sound knowledge of running a fast-paced food or retail business
- Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high performing guest service team
- Strong understanding of stock management & able to run a slick stocktake operation
- Creative & innovative merchandising skills in order to dazzle guests & drive sales
- A true partner that can make themselves indispensable to the team
