A dynamic Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced **Service Integration Lead **to contribute to the departments future Service Integration and Management approach and lead all future approaches to market for these services. The successful **Service Integration Lead **will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to extend for further 2 x 12 months options.

Successful** Service Integration Lead **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Defining, scoping and managing assigned outcomes
- Ensuring future people, process and technology requirements for SIAM are identified, documented and addressed
- Developing approach to market documentation for SIAM
- Undertaking research and investigation into modern ICT services, practices and delivery models

The successful **Service Integration Lead **will have experience in the following:

- Significant experience in implementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements
- Experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation and service implementation
- Experience with service management and enterprise operational tool sets
- Strong stakeholder management and change management skills
- The ability to lead work shops and technical discussions
