Sydney, Australia Atlassian Full time

Overview:
**Working at Atlassian**

Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

**Your future team**

As a Principle Product Manager working in the Automation Platform team, you'll join one of Atlassian's fastest growing platform areas, working closely with AI teams to unlock agentic automation use cases at scale.

The Automation Platform powers the next generation of automation across the entire set of Atlassian Cloud products, including automation for Rovo Agents, Atlassian's GenAI offering. Our biggest customers now depend on Atlassian Automation and we are hard at work scaling the platform to support this growth. The platform also provides leverage for product teams across Atlassian to deliver automation capabilities, supporting fast innovation and the creation of new products.

**Responsibilities**:
**What you'll do**
- Drive the product vision and strategy for how Atlassian Automation can unlock agentic automation use cases at scale.
- Use your platform and product expertise to independently dive into complex and ambiguous topics, uncover opportunities, and solve impactful problems.
- Partner closely with enterprise customers to understand and address their feedback.
- Use data to drive improvements to platform performance and cost.
- Work across the organization with PMs, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders to align platform investments with business goals.
- Drive automation growth for our existing customer base and customers new to Atlassian Cloud.

Qualifications:
**Your background**
- 7+ years recent product management experience building high-quality, successful large-scale platform products.
- 3+ years experience working in the B2B SaaS space serving Enterprise customers. Experience with automation, orchestration, low-code/no-code, or agentic products is a plus, but not required.
- A track record for defining and executing platform strategies that create business and customer value.
- You excel in an environment where the topics and tasks are varied, and you have to move quickly and learn fast.
