Our Subaru Sydney Aftersales team is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team in **Waitara**. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

**What you’ll do**
- Carry out servicing and maintenance to ensure vehicles meet top safety and performance standards.
- Diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Work with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers on complex repairs to ensure excellent customer service.
- Follow manufacturer standards and repair guides to maintain quality.
- Perform road tests and quality checks to confirm high-standard work.
- Keep detailed and accurate service records of all completed tasks.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will be:

- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and results.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive problem solver with a strong focus on diagnosing and resolving complex issue.
- Holding a valid driver’s license.
