Pearl is a beautiful beachside venue with a fun, thriving kitchen and a delicious mediterranean inspired menu. We focus heavily on fresh, South Australian seafood and local garden produce. We have one of the best views of Aldinga Bay from our dining room and cook over a giant custom charcoal grill daily. We source and pour local booze along side tasty plates from the sea in a casual but considered environment.
- A minimum of 1 years experience serving in an a la carte restaurant environment
- An ability to gain a detailed knowledge of Pearl menus, beverage lists and their origins /supplier stories
- A passion for customer service and ability to assist to facilitate a friendly, welcoming & memorable experience for our guests
- They have a keen eye for detail
- An ability to move with a sense of purpose and work efficiently whilst maintaining an excellent level of customer service.
- Accountability & self motivation
- They have great personal presentation and excellent communication skills
- They are confident and capable at working both in a team environment and unsupervised
- That they hold a current RSA certificate valid in South Australia
- That they can legally work in Australia
