At Right at Home Melbourne Frankston, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to older Australians and people living with a disability.

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our dedicated care team.

As a PCA, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily activities to help them maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Support clients with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with transportation to appointments or community activities
- Accurately document client notes and report changes in client condition

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (in line with government requirements)
- Australian Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
