Additional Information:

- This role is Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight.
- Applications close Friday 06 September 2024.
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a spread of hours between 6:00am to 10:00pm. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
- To be considered for the role, if you do not already possess a Forklift License, you must be willing to obtain one.

**About this work area**

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker (Forklift) your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Receiving containers and unloading them using a counterbalance forklift. Locating pallets using a reach truck.
- Accurately picking and dispatching customer orders from our externally stocked range.
- Picking and loading the daily replenishment for the store.
- Replenishing your assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked.
- Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is as accurate as possible.
- Ensuring IKEA SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of yourself and your co-workers.

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker (Forklift) you are and/or have:

- An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
- Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
