**Who YOU need to be**:
As a barista you will be passionate about making specialty coffee. You will be driven to learn about the Grounds coffee, from roasting to latte art. You will work well in a team of skilled baristas and coffee professionals. You’ll have such a strong desire for detail, and will be driven to maximizing customer experience.
**Key Skill Ingredients**:
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
- A passion for specialty coffee and thirst for knowledge.
- Have the willingness to learn and adapt to new brewing techniques.
- A genuine desire to learn and grow with us
- Ideally 2 years experience in a high volume café or coffee shop
- Ability to work with 5kg+ coffee per day
