The Dietetics service at Monash Health is an integral part of the wider interdisciplinary team. This unique opportunity will join the Community Rehabilitation team at our Kingston site and this privileged role will give you the opportunity to participate in your clients' care in their community and/or home. You will have the support you need to flourish in your career. Community Rehabilitation offers both home and centre based therapy. The dietitian works closely with the key liaison person and the interdisciplinary community rehabilitation team to provide a therapy program that is both holistic and client centred. This position provides the opportunity to work with autonomy, be creative and deliver high quality therapy services.

**A Day in the Life**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Dietitian to work in a Grade 2 capacity in our Centre Based Rehabilitation Program. You will be working in a variety of specialisms including (but not limited to): Cardiac, Pulmonary, Neurological, Orthopaedic and General Rehabilitation. Working with a diverse range of clients, no two days will be the same You will work alongside our talented Dietetics team across Community Rehabilitation, as well as the wider interdisciplinary team. This role could also afford aspiring Grade 1 Dietitians to transition to Grade 2 - we will offer you all the guidance, support and training you need to progress. You will work collaboratively with a fantastic group of people who are inclusive, passionate and share a vision to provide excellent, evidence-based care for patients and their families.
- Work across a variety of clinical specialisms providing evidence based care to our clients in their community and homes - A work car is provided for travelling to clients homes

**What you need**:

- Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics or Masters of Nutrition & Dietetics (or recognised equivalent)
- Eligible for membership of the Dietitians Australia (DA) and the Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) program
- Relevant professional experience working with adults in a rehabilitation or community setting
- Current drivers licence
- Working with children check
- _ Experience in clinical supervision of student dietitians (desired)_
